        The Atheneum Network (“Alexandria”)

A decentralized labyrinth of interconnected bookshops, each a node in a transdimensional library.

Portals maintained by Fayne and his apprentices through Stygian anchors and sigil gates.

Each location specializes in a domain of occult study (spirits, history, death, astronomy, etc.).

Magical “brooch keys” grant temporary access to scholars cleared by Fayne or the Mysterium council.

The central sanctum, Fayne’s Foibles, sits atop the nexus gate linking all branches.

          Quote from Fayne:

“We are the keepers of the world’s forgotten words. The shelves are endless, the doors are countless, and through each lies a fragment of the truth we all chase.”
