    The aftermath from a massive storm system in mid 2012, almost two years ago. The Blackout is a strange after effect from the storms. Witnesses say the storms had orange lightning, and strange shadows in the dark clouds, as well as hail, sideways rain, and 90 mph winds. After the storms passed, which took nearly a week, hundreds of supernaturals were simply missing from beneath its path. Most of the mages, vampires, werewolves, and others were simply gone with no signs of their passing. It is rumored that the Blackout was caused by some powerful ritual that involved the sacrifice of dozens of creatures. It is also whispered that it was instead the eruption of some great horror coming out of deep from beneath the earth's surface. Some say that the Seers has been building a weather machine and that it went insane, creating a horrific storm in the process. There are a lot of dark spots, and resonance left in its wake, but it will take time and effort to determine what might have actually have caused the storm, and what its complete effects were.
